Absolutely not!

But if you do not adopt any element, no Eralys eco-system service, unfortunately, we will not be able to help you.

However, you can only adopt certain elements, tools and services of your choice, and also adopt it for a limited time (i.e. the time you need to make your data inventory, or your data analyzing).

Finally, you can take that elements that would usefully complement your existing using for example our Smart Hybrid Connectivity infrastructure.

EU defines expensive fines :  organizations can be fined up to 4% of annual global turnover for breaching GDPR or €20 Million.

This is the maximum fine that can be imposed for the most serious infringements e.g.not having sufficient customer consent to process data or violating the core of Privacy by Design concepts.

It's better to comply

Am I concerned?

All organizations and bodies that collect, record, store, process, exploit and communique  information related to a person residing in Europe and the use of this data by humans or robots or computers etc... could result in direct or indirect impacts for the person are concerned.

Even if thinks are not always obvious and if in good faith we do not have seen the possible impacts and their consequences, in fact, we are almost all concerned.
